My job mainly is Jewel Café store management and operation. To be exact, I will visit the store in my charge, meeting with and provide training for the staff. I am also responsible for the interview and hiring of part-time staff. Besides that, as a manager, I also study everyday to deepened my knowledge in assessment of the items we purchase, and I would share the knowledge and the latest information to each store to improve their assessment capabilities. Since I also manage my own schedule, so how efficiently I can visit stores and improve the store performance is the exciting part of this job.

I am into badminton! Because I drive daily and rarely walk, so the thought of “Exercise this depraved life” become the trigger for me to start badminton. This is quite a high-level sport, but even though every time I am exhausted after it, it always come with great pleasure of accomplishment. Recently I am thinking about joining the novice competition where everyone can join regardless of gender and age, so it is also a refresh for me as I can also communicate with people where I normally have no chance to interact with.
