Another year has passed since the COVID-19 pandemic struck, and here we are, 2 years later, learning how to embrace life from a new perspective. The Crane Group on the other hand, celebrated its 17th anniversary last October and the company continues to expand with the help of many individuals, despite the challenges we all face amidst these trying times.
In addition to that, it is also our 10th year of establishing the company in Malaysia with two new Jewel Café Store opening where one of it is in Don don donki Tropicana Gardens Mall this month. 2021 was also another year that the company’s strength was put on to a test due to the current situation. However, we managed to overcome it and stay on track with our plans on new store openings.
And now, we’re looking forward to a brand-new year. We’ve always loved the motivation and excitement that a new year brings. There is no better time for a fresh start than the new year, right? Let this be the new year that we become a new version of ourselves as well as contributing more to the society and the world. Just before turning the page on 2021, here's a recap on the wonderful things that happened along our business journey and what we are looking forward to in 2022.
Jewel Cafe has grown so much over the past year, thanks to our team for their great work. We now have operated over 250 Jewel Café stores in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Malaysia where we develop a comprehensive recycling business primarily focused on purchasing jewelry such as golds and precious metals, branded bags and apparel, as well as luxury watches at a high price. Our stores are typically found in shopping malls which makes it easy for you to find us!
And because of that, Jewel Café are leading in customer service satisfaction since we make purchases familiar at a place that is convenient for customers as we also offer a comfortable and relaxing environment for customers to bring their unwanted items for evaluation. Not just that, we even welcome customers who bring in damaged necklaces or a piece of an earring for evaluation and provides free jewelry cleaning services.
At Venus Tears, we are now carrying over 1,000 different products from the leading top brands in Japan. What sets us apart from other Singapore retailers is that we only carry the most up-to-date and popular Japanese jewellery brands. It is currently difficult to locate jewellery that is entirely produced in Japan in Singapore.
With the concept of “A place where couples can find their destined rings that symbolise their strong bond”, we currently have three outlets in Japan and five in Singapore. Our stores are now offering reliable life-time after sales services to keep your wedding ring shining and preserving its beauty for you to cherish it forever.
Sincerite is a matchmaking company that offers matchmaking services mainly for the elites and high-income men. We are currently based in Omotesando, Tokyo, Japan where we will assist you in achieving your ideal partner and relationship.
A dedicated counsellor will be assigned to each customer who will then assist them with everything from introduction to matchmaking, dating, and marriage advices. With the current COVID-19 situation, we are now accepting online counselling since it’s safer and more convenient!
Akasaka Tantei is an Okinawan cuisine restaurant that serves ‘Kaiseki-ryouri’, which is a traditional Japanese multi-course meal where we are currently only available in Japan. Our dishes are made using traditional and seasonal ingredients that has rarely been used now. We also have been awarded one Michelin star for seven years in a row for our ‘Kaiseki-ryouri’.
Yes, you’ve probably heard of X-Cut in Malaysia or QB Cut in Japan, which are both haircut-only salons. HairColors, on the other hand, is a professional hair salon specializing mainly on hair coloring. We are focusing more on meeting customers needs which are fast, cheap, and beautiful. Our services, technology, and high-level of customer satisfaction have been complimented by many returning customers.
We are the second-hand brand specialty store that specializes in selling high-quality items at the lowest possible price in the industry! We also have developed online shops and auction stores with more than 10,000 products and high growth rate which is currently only available in Japan.
Here concludes our business journey throughout the past year, an intense and exciting journey that leaves us a long track of good feelings! More than anything, the year gave us an opportunity to test our new processes, our relationships, and our ability to work and support each other over distance. We take this very much to heart and look forward to a brighter, better future. We hope for 2022 to be just as exceptional, or even better!
