I’m working as a jewelry advisor at Venus Tears. I’m responsible for proposing jewelry to customers, maintenance of store, and product management. As Venus Tears carries a wide variety of bridal rings, I’m able to support our customers in their "once in a lifetime" expensive purchase. We will take the time to get to know our customers and make a proposal based on their wishes. It is also important for us to keep our products and showcases clean in order to provide a comfortable space for our customers.
The moment when I felt that my service touched the heart of the customer. I spent a long time serving a customer who wanted to buy a bridal ring, and although he didn't buy it that day, he came back a few days later. He came back a few days later and said, “ I came back because I knew I wanted to buy from you after all the hard work you put into serving me!” I was very happy because I felt that my service had touched the customer's heart.

I like to spend time relaxing at café or watching my favourite comedy movies at home. Recently, I've been watching muscle training videos on YouTube and exercising! I started doing this for my health, but it's been fun to see the things I couldn't do before gradually become possible. There are still many things I want to challenge, so I want to fully utilise my off day.
