CRANE CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Jewel Cafe Malaysia managed to conduct our very first CSR event in year 2020. However with the ongoing pandemic, we had to find he most suitable CSR event that is not only beneficial to the public but also safe for everyone involved. We have researched a few types of CSR events that can be conducted and what type of donations can we offer. Welater unanimously agreed to donate used clothes to an orphanage as our first CSR event.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we noticed that not many are offering to donate used clothes as compared to other types of donations. We realized this issue and wanted to do our part to help. We hope that our donation has at least helped the orphanage with their basic needs.

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is a concept that allows companies to interact socially with the public. There are several ways to incorporate CSR, which are generally divided into three categories: economic performance issues, social performance issues, and environmental performance issues. Crane Central Sdn. Bhd. intends to address the issue of social performance by focusing on orphanages. We start our mission in 2020 and hope to continue assisting our public in the future with the motto "from community to community."
