My Job Responsibilities

I work as a manager at Jewel Cafe Malaysia. I am responsible to manage all outlets and make sure all daily routine goes smoothly every day. I’m also responsible in managing a stable shift and hiring process. It is a good feeling when we can share our experience and knowledge to a new member. Jewel Cafe sister’s bonding are very close and we support each other by guiding and training new staff which is also one of our responsibilities. Besides that, I also support staff when handling customer, assist on assessment and support for pricing and authenticity judgement. I will strive to give a good proposal that will satisfy our customer.

My Happiest Work-Related Experience

It is a very good feeling when customer is satisfied with our services and will recommend us to their family and purposely come back to visit us and have a good conversation with us. That feeling pay back your sweat and tears. The happiest moment is when I can grow together with my colleagues and witness all our achievement day by day.

The Atmosphere At My Workplace

At Jewel Cafe we work as a big family, strong sisterhood, and always support and help each other. Each of the management team are very supportive and have the same aim, to grow together. Our Director and Senior Manager always guide me and give an example as a good leader.

Learning a new thing is so exciting. Please don’t be afraid to develop new skills as many excitements will be waiting for you. The adventure is so great.
